Jim has been an Elvis fan for
most of his life. Through out his teen years,
he imitated Elvis, his mannerisms, voice, and the way he wore his hair.
As a solo act the show is an
“Educational Odyssey” where the
audience is given an inside look into the life and times
of Elvis Presley from a very unique prospective.
The Memories Band expands the
musical experience and the
entertainment value of the show.

Jim has been an Elvis fan for
most of his life. Through out his teen years, he imitated Elvis, his mannerisms, voice, and the way he wore his hair. In 1976 while performing with the
musical ministry at his church, as a drummer, Jim stepped forward to sing “Elvis” for a variety show and “Memories From Memphis” was born.
Jim’s Tribute to Elvis and his
ability to entertain audiences of all ages are uncanny, with songs from Elvis’s many eras of music. He presents Elvis
professionally and energetically solo, or with the “Memories Band.”
As an entertainer Jim has worked
many venues and fundraisers throughout
Virginia and surrounding areas.

local and national media reviews,
WGH 97.3 FM “The Eagle…the Discovery channel, CNN and the list goes on.
Jim is available to lend his talents when needed.
